These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Good Climbs Inc. ("Good Climbs"), including in-gym access, online booking, pass purchase, and shoe resoling. By creating an account, purchasing a pass, or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the House Rules, the Refund Policy, and the liability waiver you signed at registration.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Sharing your account, RFID keyfob, or passes with another person is not permitted unless explicitly stated for that pass type. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Passes & pricing
Pass prices, inclusions, validity periods, and session counts are listed on the passes page. Prices are inclusive of Philippine VAT where applicable. Senior citizens and persons with disability are entitled to statutory discounts under RA 9994 and RA 10754 upon presentation of a valid ID at the time of purchase.
Passes are non-transferable, are tied to the registered member, and expire on the date or after the number of sessions listed at purchase, whichever comes first. Unused sessions on an expired pass are forfeited.
Bookings & cancellations
Sessions booked online may be cancelled up to two (2) hours before the slot starts without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may deduct a session from your pass. Walk-ins are welcome subject to capacity; the waitlist is served in arrival order.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. In summary: passes are refundable in limited circumstances such as medical inability to use the pass (with documentation) or material failure of the gym to provide the service. Day passes once used are non-refundable.
Use of the gym
Use of the gym is subject to the House Rules and the liability waiver. Good Climbs reserves the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the premises for failure to comply with notices, directions, instructions, or requests, or for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviour, without refund or compensation.
Equipment, lockers, and personal property
Rental equipment is provided as-is; any damage caused by misuse may be charged to the renter at replacement cost. Lockers are provided on a daily basis for the convenience of members and must be emptied at the end of each session. Good Climbs is not responsible for theft or loss of personal property left on the premises.
Shoe resoling
Resoling orders are accepted at the front desk. Estimated completion times are best efforts and may be affected by parts availability. Shoes left uncollected for more than 90 days after the "ready" notification may be treated as abandoned and disposed of.
Intellectual property
All content on the Good Climbs website, including text, logos, photos, and the route layout system, is owned by Good Climbs or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without written consent.
Photography & media
By using the gym, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken on the premises and used by Good Climbs as described in the liability waiver and the Privacy Policy. Commercial photography or video shoots require advance coordination with management.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Good Climbs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the facilities. Your assumption of risk and the release of liability you signed at registration apply in full force.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, announced by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
